Privacy notice.

1. Scope

This notice applies to information submitted through the SoloDev website, the project enquiry form and direct project communications. It does not replace any privacy terms agreed separately for client work.

2. Information collected

The project form may collect contact details, organisation information, location and time-zone information, project needs, budget guidance, timing, descriptions and files you choose to provide.

3. How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, communicate about requested work, provide agreed services, maintain business records, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations. SoloDev does not sell enquiry information.

4. Odoo and service providers

This website is hosted and managed through Odoo. Information may also be handled by connected email, file-storage and business-service providers where needed to operate the enquiry process or deliver agreed work. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

5. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask for access to or correction of personal information held about you, or request deletion where SoloDev is not required to retain it. Reasonable identity checks may be required before a request is completed.

6. Retention and contact

Information is retained only for as long as it remains reasonably necessary for the enquiry, client work, business records, security or legal obligations. Privacy enquiries and requests can be sent to support@solodev.nz.
