Last updated 26 July 2026. These terms apply to use of the SoloDev website. Separate written terms apply to any project that SoloDev agrees to undertake.
1. Website use
You may use this website to learn about SoloDev, review published work and submit a genuine project enquiry. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.
2. Content and intellectual property
The SoloDev name, logo, written content, design and original website material may not be reproduced or presented as your own without permission. Client material remains subject to the rights and permissions that apply to that work.
3. Project enquiries are not contracts
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Project scope, timing, fees, rights and responsibilities should be agreed separately in writing.
4. Third-party services and links
This website uses Odoo and may link to third-party services. SoloDev is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites that it does not control.
5. Accuracy and availability
SoloDev aims to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing on this website is a substitute for advice tailored to a specific business or project.
6. New Zealand law and contact
These website terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Questions can be sent to support@solodev.nz.
